However, the department of academy decides your placement in accordance with the need, education, profession, performance and cultural background. The stages of enrolment are:
an application form with a registration fee
a conditional offer of placement
an acceptance of the offer and payment of full fees
a linguistic as well as an academic assessment of a student.
